The Buena Park Transit Village is a unique concept that will combine a Metrolink Commuter Station and a 90-unit residential complex into an integrated development on 11.5 acres of land currently owned by the Orange County Flood control District. Additional land will be reserved for future development. The entire site is being master planned to provide for full development, however, each element may be financed and constructed separately. Funding of the project could include local, regional, State and/or Federal funds.
