Document Description
The proposed project is a General Plan Amendment and Zone Change to allow housing in Planning Areas 17, 31, 33, and 34 of the Irvine Spectrum. The Spectrum consists of commercial, office, R&D, industrial and vacant land uses. The proposed General Plan Amendment and Zone Change would add residential uses as a conditionally permitted use in portions of Planning Areas 17, 31, 33, and 34. The proposed project would allow a total of 2,500 residential units distributed among Planning Areas 17, 31, 33, and 34.
