The proposed project is a church development.The project is located on a 10.89-acre site in the Community of Alpine on the north side of Chocolate Summit Drive, parallel to Interstate 8, just east of Dunbar Lane. The ultimate development of the church complex is comprised of a Fellowship Hall/Gymnasium, Pre-School, Main Sanctuary, and the Ministry/Youth Center for a total building area 86,416 square feet. The project will be built in three phases.
