Document Description
This project, to be carried out by the City of Tulare, involves the planting of 675 trees in various City parks. Some planting locations include Elk Bayou Soccer Complex, Santa Fe Trail, and other City parks. It is anticipated that this project will commence in April of 2000 and be completed by January 2002.
