The Daniel's Tire Service facility has been in operation prior to 1990. The facility was operating under an Exclusion, 14 CCR 18420 subsections (b) and (c), until June 1998, when the exclusion was revoked. The permit issued by the California Integrated Waste Management Board does not reflect or entitle a change in the existing design or operation of the facility.
