Document Description
The Dept. of Finance recently approved a BCP increasing the staffing of CPOST by 17 positions. Leasing additional space at the current location is imperative to the ease of workflow and operational procedures. This project will amend our existing lease to add approximately 5,000 square feet. Interior alterations will be performed prior to CPOST's occupancy.
