THe proposed contract consists of the application of various types of bituminous resurfacting over existing maintenance roadways and parking areas within the Sate Water Project. The repair is needed to maintain their structural integrity, to provide reliable access to selected major SWP facilities, and to promote the reliable delivery of Project water.
