The Teale Data Center is currently leasing approximately 137,000 square feet of existing office space at 3101 Gold Camp Drive. The space houses approximately 400 employees. Approximately 380 parking spaces are provided for visitors and staff. Public transit is available within 1/4 mile of the site. Teale is currently leasing this space. This proposed acquisition project would result in no expansion of use beyond that previously existing.
