Document Description
Clear the inlet area in front of a four-culvert public road crossing over an upper reach, seasonally dry section of the Santa Clara for flood protection purposes. The 200ft. predominately unvegetated sand bar blocking flow into the culverts. Alluvial material from the sandbar will be redeposited along the east edge of the river. Approximately 0.3 acres of vegetated wash will be temporarily impacted with the Operator conducting revegetation as a mitigation measure.
