Document Description
The project consists of a request to construct senoir restricted apartments on 6.6 acres. The project is located on the west side of Peabody Road, south of Alamo Creek and north of Soutwood Drive at the end of Eastwood Drive. The building is comprised of a total of 14 individual one and two story buildings with 102 units of approximately 87,925 sq. ft. The main entrance faces Eastwood Drive no access from Peabody. Primary access to the site is provided along the interior, mostly hidden from public view. An approximately 45-foot wide landscaping planting area is proposed along the street frontage of Peabody. The entrance will be gated with a kiosk pad to enter the facility. A recreation building and swimming will be provided for the tenants.
