Document Description
The project includes the construction of a new 154,000 square foot Lowe's Home Improvement Center, 616 parking spaces and landscaping on a 12.6-acre portion of the former Nut Tree Ranch site. The project area is located to the south of both the Nut Tree Airport and the Pine Tree Creek, approximately 600 feet north of East Monte Vista Avenue. The proposed 154,000 square foot Lowe's Home Improvement Center includes an outdoor garden center, a covered area for customers to load materials, and a depressed loading dock with three roll-up doors, at the receiving area.
