Grading Permit (G99-44) to authorize the following activities south of the boat lauching ramps at the Lake Tulloch Marina on parcels totaling 96+/- acres and zoned K (General Recreational) above the 515 foot flood-storage elevation of the Lake and O (Open Space) below the 515 foot elevation: 1. The widening of an existing dirt access road to 18 feet wide and about 310 feet long; 2. The addition of a pad with cut bank totaling about 600 cubic yards, with the placement of approximately 20 cubic yards of fill material between the 510 foot and 515 foot elevation, resulting in a net loss of flood-storage capacity of 0,0186 acre feet of water in Lake Tulloch; 3. The addition of a secondary, parallel dirt road across the new 30 foot wide by 340 foot long pad, to loop back on the existing dirt access road above; 4.
