Document Description
The project is an L-shaped, 5.8 acre site located in "Block 1" of the Sunnyvale Downtown Specific Plan. The site currently contains a 429-space surface parking lot. The existing parking lot would be replaced with approximately 450,000 square feet of office space, 10,000 square feet of retail space and approximately 1,600 underground parking spaces. The project also includes a development of an approximately 1.8 acre public plaza.
