Document Description
The applicant has submitted a Use permit application for the purpose of setting up and operating a hot mix asphalt concrete batch plant at the southwesterly end of the former Westwood airport. The project consists of a portable hot mix batch plant which will produce approximately 4,800 tons of asphalt concrete a day; aggregate storage piles, a feed bin and conveyors, drum dryer, asphalt storage silo, lime storage silo, bag house, portable asphalt oil and diesel fuel tanks, portable diesel/electric generators, a control house, and several trailers for parts and office staff.
