Document Description
The project proposes improvements to the project site intended to provide a formalized passive recreation area, and to suitably recognize the Zelinsky Family for its many contributions to the Town of Tiburon, including donation of the land upon which the Belvedere-Tiburon Public Library and Tiburon Town Hall buildings are constructed. The proposed project would involve limited site grading, installation of drainage and irrigation lines, installation of landscaping, an honorary monument to the Zelinsky Family, pedestrian walkways, benches and/or picnic tables, shade structures such as trellises), and other passive recreational featues within the subject area. Non-native invasive species would be removed, although some of the larger acacia trees along the margin of the marsh may remain.
