Document Description
Expand the existing City Corporation Yard. The corporation yard includes facilities for maintenance and fueling of City vehicles, storage of bulk quantities of construction and repair materials for road and pipeline work, and the City's water treatment plant. The expanded facilities will provide for new office spaces, parking and storage for public works, transit contractors, employees and equipment. The corporation yard expansion will be completed in phases. The first phase would include improvements to accommodate a transit facility for the storage and operation of City buses including a transit office (2800 sq. ft.), and parking for 25 buses, 8 paratransit vehicles, and 28 employees and visitors.
