Document Description
The project is a proposed subdivision of approximately 189 acres into three one-acre lots and a remainder parcel containing 186 acres. The site is located approximately 1 1/2 miles south of the California-Nevada state line and 1/2 mile east of State Route 88. More specifically, the parcel is located on Foothill Road, just south of Fredericksburg Road. Access to the proposed 1-acre lots will be from Foothill Road. The portion of the site proposed for development is moderately sloping (approximately 10% grade) bench with sage brush as the dominant land cover.
