Preparation of a Pacifica Bicycle Plan for Pacifica. The Plan consists primarily of striping and signage along existing roadways, and the upgrading of existing changing and storage facilities. Some widening of existing roadways to accommodate new bicyle routes is also identified. The Plan itself will not result in any of the identified improvements. All improvements such as road widening and changing facility upgrades will undergo individual environment review.
