1.) Zone Change 98RZ-022 to reconfigure 4.7+/- acres of O (Open Space) zoning on a 23.7+/- acre parcel. The remainder of the parcel will remain zoned K (General Recreational) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
2.) Site Development Permit 98SDP-004 to allow expansion of the Evergreen Lodge resort on the 23.7+/- acre parcel as follows: the addition of 92 guest cabins (for a total of 109 cabins on the site), a 1,500 square foot conference facility and amphitheater, a 1,500 square foot recreation building, a 1,500 square foot lounge, a lap pool, children's swimming pool and spa, two tennis courts, expansion of the service area to provide for increased staff and year-around accommodiations, a gas station, a bear-proof trash enclosure and additions to the Evergreen Lodge to expand the store and provide a dining deck.
