Document Description
The Natomas Unified School District proposes to acqure land and construct an 8.5-acre Elementary School on approximately 11.5 acres located at 3201 West River Drive, west of Orchard Lane and South of West El Camino Avenue in the South Natomas Community of the City of Sacramento. Approximately 67 parking spaces will be provided. Approximately 3 acres of the site will be constructed and utilized as a public park under a joint use agreement between the City of Sacramento and the District.
