Document Description
The Project consists of the construction, operation and maintenance of an underground pipeline between the Agency's Wohler facility and the Russian River-Cotati Intertie. The completed pipeline would consist of approximately 7,000 linear feet of 54-inch to 60-inch diameter, mortar-lined and coated steel pipe, and appurtenances. Construction and operation of the proposed Project would increase the reliability and effciency of the existing transmission system, and ensure that the Agency would continue to meet the contractual obligations to deviler up to 92 mgd to its customers.
