Document Description
EBMUD has identified the need for additional water storage and additional pumping plant capacity to meet existing and projected water demands. The facilities required are the proposed 10 million gallon (MG) Scenic South Reservoir, the proposed Scenic South Reservoir inlet/outlet (I/O) pipeline, and the expansion of the existing Scenic East Pumping Plant from its current capacity of 12MGD to 26MGD. Two alternatives for the Scenic South Reservoir and I/O pipeline will be analyzed. The Project Reservoir Site is located off of Hidden Hills Place, west of Lawrence Road. The I/O pipeline alignment for the Project Reservoir Site would be in Hidden Hills Place and then north on Lawrence Road to connect with an existing 24-inch pipeline located in Camino Tassajara.
