Document Description
Construct a three-story, 11,000 gross square foot building set back into the slope of the existing grade on the LeRoy Avenue frontage of the project site. The building would contain classroom and office space along with mechanical rooms and circulation. The new structure would displace approximately 22 existing parking spaces. The new building would be adjacent to the existing GSPP building, housed in a landmarked structure, the former Beta Theta Pi Fraternity designed by Coxhead in 1893.
