Document Description
The project site is located on the south side of Concar Drive toward its easterly terminus at the intersection of Amphlett Boulevard (the vacant Hungry Hunter and auto auction sites). The project consist of two five-story (69' high) office buildings totaling approximately 204,892 sq. ft. a small retail building totaling approximately 2,200 sq. ft., and a two-level podium parking structure. The site area is approximately 207,606 sq. ft. and the proposed project floor area totals approximately 207,092 sq. ft., which results in a 1.0 floor area ratio (FAR).
