The Visalia Unified School District (District) is proposing to acquire approximately 19 acres of land in north central Visalia. The District intends to "land bank" the property in anticipation of a future need for a new elementary school. The District is planning on developing the site in three to five years. The future development of a school on the site is not considered a part of this "project".
