Document Description
The Orange County Probation Department proposes to construct a coed 90-bed leadership academy adjacent to the 64-bed Joplin Youth Center on a 338-acre county-owned parcel in the foothills of the Santa Ana Mountains above Trabuco Creek. The project also proposes an amendment to the Foothill/Trabuco Specific Plan to create a Land Use Designation specifically addressing development within the 338-acre County-owned parcel and improved access via construction of a new access road.
