Document Description
The Project would construct and operate shallow flooding on 13.5 square miles of the North Sand Sheet area of the Owen Dry Lake Bed. New shallow flooding facilities, water conveyance pipeline, access roads, pipeline corridors, and buried electrical distribution lines would be constructed to operate the Project.
