Document Description
The project would construct and operate the build-out shallow flooding irrigation project consisting of 13.5 square miles of shallow flooding in the North Sand Street area of the Owens Dry Lake. New shallow flooding facilities, water conveyance pipelines, access roads, pipeline corridors, and electrical lines would be constructed to operate the project.
