The project applicant is proposing to develop an approximately 2,044,500 square feet mixed-use project, which will include an office campus consisting of low-rise (five-to six-story) office buildings (1,258,500 square feet), a 250-room hotel, multiplex theater (up to 5,000 seats), 376,548 square feet of retail and 49,458 square feet of restaurant uses, a 40,000 square feet health club, and community-serving uses, including 20,000 square feet of facilities for the Valley Community Clinic and a 100,000 square foot film school facility.
