Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA#R5-2001-0043) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Steve Letterly, representing the Irvine Company. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed within unnamed intermittent and ephemeral drainages, tributaries to San Diego Creek to accommodate the construction of 2,731 dwelling units, 15,000 square feet of Community Commercial development, 1,060,000 square feet of Medical Science development, 55,000 square feet of Institutional development, a staging area, on-site and off-site water quality detention basins, a K-8 elementary school site, a community park, a neighborhood park, and the dedication of approximately 655 acres of open space impacting 5.01 acres of streambed.
