The proposed project consists of a General Plan Amendment, Zone Change and Hillside Master Plan to allow for the development of 2,375 medium density dwelling units, a K-8 school site, neighborhood community parks, a neighborhood commercial center and 1,060,000 square foot of research/industrial uses on approximately uses 795 acres. The remaining 444 acres will remain open space.
