Document Description
The Mountains Recreation and Conservation Authority (MRCA) is proposing to implement improvements within a portion of the seventeen (17) acre Marvin Braude Mullholland Gateway park (previously named the Reseda Ridge Park). The proposed project consists of 1) expanding the footprint of improvements within Marvin Braude Mullholland Gateway Park beyond the area conceptually drawn in the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy's 1992 Mullholland Gateway Park Master Plan for the Reseda Ridge Park entrance, and 2) making specific improvements within all improved sections of the subject park trail-head facility both inside and outside of the (1992) conceptual drawing boundaries.
