The project will include but not be limited to the construction of an additional 12 foot wide west bound lane on the north side of Highway 246 with an 8 foot wide shoulder, installation of curb, gutter, sidewalk, new wall to replace existing wall, installation of landscaping, storm drainage improvements, and the placement of a crushed shale walking path under Eucalyptus trees that will remain for bird habitat located near Thumbelina Drive
