Document Description
The Salinas Disposal Transfer Station and Recycle Center (SDTSRC) is operated as a municipal solid waste (MSW) transfer station and recycling point for both commercial and public entities. To better utilize the facility and serve the residents of the area, the SDTSRC proposed the following; move the location where commercial recyclables are tipped and processed, add a garden center, and gain the approval to modify site operating hours. These changes are proposed and reflected in the latest version of the site Transfer/Processing Report (TPR) submitted to the LEA.
