Document Description
1. An increase to the Permitted Maximum Tonnage from 1,574 Tons per Day (TPD) to 1,694 TPD through 2025; with phased increases beginning in 2026, in accordance to the following schedule:
January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2030: 1,826 Tons per Day;
January 1, 2031 through December 31, 2035: 1,966 Tons per Day;
January 1, 2036 through December 31, 2040: 2,118 Tons per Day.
2. An increase to the disposal Design Capacity from 13,834,328 cubic yards to 18,500,000 cubic yards.
3. An increase to the disposal Maximum Elevation from 506 Feet MSL to 540 Feet MSL.
4. Updating the Estimated Closure Year for the landfill from 2055 to 2066.
5. Removal of the Permitted Traffic Volume limit of 265 Vehicles per Day (VPD) on the permit cover page and instead updating the Permitted Traffic Volume to state: Traffic will be regulated as per Title 14, CCR, Section 17418.3 and Title 27, CCR, Section 20860.
