Document Description
The applicant is proposing a 23-unit townhouse development. Previously, the site was improved with 25 single-family dwellings, four of which were demolished within the past 2+ years and the remainder which were demolished in 1995. 16 units are proposed to be constructed on the west side of the street and include duplexes, triplexes and four-plex. 7 units are proposed on the east side of the street, consisting of one four-plex, and one triplex. Living space for each townhouse ranges from 1,900 to 2,800 square feet. The project site contains more than 120 trees, more than half of which will be preserved. 48 trees have been determined to be dead, diseased, likely to become diseased, or hazardous and are proposed for removal. Right of way dedication required for extension of Willow Street. Located at 203-307 South Montgomery Street, adjacent to unnamed drainage channel.
