Document Description
The purpose of this project is site acquisition for future use of the property as a new location for a replacement courthouse facility. No construction will take place at this time; only site acquisition is proposed. The parcel for the project is 60,000 square feet in size. There are no design plans or project level plans related to the new courthouse construction. The new facility would be a high-rise building with at least 25 stories and 600,000 square feet of space above grade and three levels of parking and mechanical functions below grade. The new courthouse site would contain up to 70 courtrooms, house up to 1,200 employees and provide underground parking spaces.
