Document Description
This is a zone change and plan amendment application. The proposed East Los Angeles Civic Center Master Plan provides for the modernization of the existing civic center through the replacement of several existing buildings with new facilities, the conversion of S. Fetterly Ave to a pedestrian mall, the addtion of the childcare facility, and the elemination of a private residential and industrial uses. Total increase in office space is 21,545 square feet.
