Project Site 1 - The project site consists of a 34.3 acre parcel. The site is vacant and can be described as natural and hilly terrain. A secondary ridgeline is located on the eastern portion of the project site.
Project Site 2 - The project site consist of 55 acres. Approximately 1/4 of the site houses approximately 136 mobile homes. The remaining portion of the site is considered hilly and vacant terrain. A secondary ridgeline is located in the middle of the project site.
