Document Description
Amend the 2025 Fresno General Plan and the Woodward Park Community Plan to expand the boundaries of the Woodward Park Community Plan and to establish the modified and more precise land use plan designations as presented by the proposed Copper River Ranch development project. The plan amendment and related project description provide that the land use capacities anticipated by the 2025 Fresno General Plan for the Copper River Ranch development project will be maintained with a maximum of 2837 residential dwelling units, approximately 250,000 square feet of commercial and office building area together with approximately 240 acres that will accomodate public facilities, common open space, community recreation areas and the existing private golf course and country club.
