Document Description
The proposed project would create a "Planned Urban Village" general plan designation and implementing zoning district in Fresno County. If applied to the 762+ Copper River Ranch site, the designation and zoning district would allow development of a mixed-use planned community with up to 2, 837 residential units, 250, 000 square feet of commercial/office use, associated public facilities, and open space around an existing golf course and clubhouse.
