Document Description
Reconstruct fish ladder at Willow Creek on State Route 395, in Modoc County, approximately seven miles south of the Oregon border. The purpose of the project is to constrcut a permenant fish ladder that will allow fish passage through the existing rock masonry arch culvert during low flows. The project will enhance fisheries and wildlife.
