Document Description
The project consists of the re-construction of a standard California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CDF) Forest Fire Station including, a twelve-bed barracks/mess hall, a 2-engine, 3-bay appartus building with an office, a 150 square foot office building, a 300 square foot generator building, paving, retaining walls, landscaping, security fencing and appropriate utilities. The existing apparatus; barracks and mess-hall buildings would be demolished and removed from the site. The proposed project is necessary because the existing structures are old and no longer meet code requirements or the Department's operational needs.
