Document Description
Project consists of installation of a double-rail fence around the Jr. Ranger staging area next to the Park Office at Carpinteria State Beach. The fence will be 30 inches high, posts 8 feet on center, with the posts set in concrete in 12-inch deep postholes. There will be 17 postholes dug adjacent to the existing sidewalk. Two 48-inch openings will be left for access to the sidewalk. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
