Document Description
This Project consists of the demolition, removal and replacement of existing asphalt parking lot. Construction area includes approximately 110,000 square feet. Project will regrade the western end of the lot and will include construction of a new drainage channel, curbs, gutters, ribbon gutters, swales at the perimeter and installation of inlet structures with filters. Parking lot will remain at 231 spaces.
