Document Description
The amendment is a request to remove the maximum power transport limitations for the Sycamore to Omar Hill and the Omar Hill to Magunden transmission lines. Under the deregulated California power market, the limits are no longer required.
Transmission Line System Condition of Certification No. 1(d) and (e) and No. 2, which define the maximum megawatts and temperature conditions for each line, would be deleted.
