Document Description
Project consists of rerouting the entrance road to Reagan Ranch maintenance/Residence Complex to provide a safe entry point onto Lake Vista Drive in Malibu Creek State Park. The project will also establish a 30-vehicle parking lot for public use at the intersection of the Entrance Road and Lake Vista Drive. The parking lot will also include an interpretive panel, chemical toilets, self-registration/pay station, and gates to exclude public vehicles from entering the park after hours. Abandoned sections of existing road will be revegetated and trees will be planted around perimeter of the parking lot to provide shade. No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated.
