Categorical Exemption: Section 15301-Repair and maintenance of existing public structures, involving negligible of no expansion of use beyond that existing at the time of the lead agency's determination. (c) Maintenance of existing highway structure.
Project will relocate an existing culvert, reconstructed railroad embankment, remove three meters of existing culvert on Route 101 roadway and place approximately 659 cubic meters of suitable fill material in a ponded area between Route 101 and railroad. Project will have no significant effects.
