Document Description
The Califonian Department of Developmental Services proposes to enter into a long-term lease of the former Fremont Medical Center behavioral health facility in Yuba City to serve as an approximately 55-bed facility residential treatment center for developmentally disabled clients. DDS will occupy and operate the entire existing facility. Sierra Vista will provide an intermediate care facility for persons from Northern California that require a moderate level of security because of their severe behavioral problems. The facility will be staffed with approximately 100 full time employees. Approximately 50 parking spaces are available for staff and visitors.
