Document Description
This project includes the demolition of the existing 12,486 sq. ft. theater building in order to construct an 18,0009 sq. ft. office retail store (Office Depot). The project includes setting the building back further than it currently exists, installing 60 parking spaces in front of the store, and planting a great deal of landscaping. It will be an improvement aesthetically speaking and does not produce a significant increase in the vehicle trips.
